End of life care and Palliative care at home allows you to stay in the place you feel most comfortable surrounded by your family and memories and the people who love you. We can supply Health Care Assistants to:
- Assist with personal care needs such as bathing, dressing and toileting
- Support you with pain management
- Administering of medication
- Cooking of meals
- Cooking of meals
- Continence Care, whether its changing continence pads or managing a stoma or catheter
